How does your scheduling work?
Advantage will work around your schedule to replace your glass anywhere in the metro. We offer on time scheduling. There is no need to keep a four-hour window open for service.
Will Advantage work with my insurance company?
Advantage is a preferred shop for most and works directly with all insurance companies.
Will I have to pay anything for my new windshield?
If you have glass coverage on your vehicle you will not be responsible for any out of pocket cost. In the state of Minnesota the deducible is waived for glass replacement in most cases because it will be considered a comprehensive no fault claim. We will never bill your insurance companies more than our contract pricing and leave you stuck with the rest of the bill.
How long will I be without my vehicle?
Advantage will replace your windshield in about an hour and the vehicle can be driven one hour after the job is completed.
Can my windshield be repaired?
We can repair rock chips up to the size of a quarter if there are no cracks extending from them.
Does Advantage warranty their work?
Yes. Advantage has a lifetime warranty against stress cracks, and air or water leaks not cost by rust or other corrosion.
Can my windshield be replaced in the winter?
Yes. Our urethane is chemically formulated to be used in temperature as low as 0 degrees. It also has a safe drive away time of one hour after the job in completed. So summer or winter you get the same great product and service all backed by a lifetime warranty.
Do you offer steaks or and rebate with your installs?
No. At this point there is a law in place that prohibits anyone in the glass industry from offering any rebates for insurance-billed installs. If you are being offered any type of incentive make sure to distance yourself from that company, as there is a large fine not only for offering, but also for accepting any type of free gift or rebate.
