Lawsuits against insurers for auto glass up 22 percent in 2017
“A surge in auto glass claims filed against insurers isn’t going away — it’s getting worse. In 2017, there was a 22 percent increase in such lawsuits against insurance providers, according to the Florida Justice Reform Institute. That’s a jump from 19,558 in 2016 to 23,949 in 2017.
